Junior Parliament is a non-partisan program that gives young people an opportunity to learn about democracy, parliament, team building, public speaking and leadership in a fun and supportive environment. Junior Parliament is a program for young people aged 12 - 15 and is based on the successful Youth Parliament program.

Junior Parliament is run by young people for young people. It’s a chance to BE THE CHANGE on the issues you care about, meet some new friends & develop your leadership skills.

The Program is a three-day camp that includes mentoring, skill building and leadership opportunities. Participants share their big ideas, discuss the challenges facing South Australia and create solutions in the form of Youth Bills.

A participation fee of $250.00 per person which covers meals, accommodation and transport during the program.

Applications are now open for this year's program, which is running from 30 September to 2 October.
